Gerry is a seasoned business development leader with experience of UK and European markets, including in France and Germany . His 27 years in the public, private and third sectors have generated extensive experience of senior stakeholder engagement, developing operational solutions, competitive tendering and pre & post tender negotiations. Gerry headed up a Sales & Development team at one of the UK’s largest welfare to work providers delivering new business gains of over £400m in 2010-2011.
Gerry has provided independent policy advice to major political parties here in the UK and is currently a member of two key Cross Party Groups at the Scottish Parliament. Gerry has also spent time in the US with policy influencers, commentators and decision makers, enabling him to bring a truly international perspective to all of his consultancy work.
Gerry is based in Scotland where he is a Board member of Black & Ethnic Minority Infrastructure Scotland (BEMIS), supporting BME organisations improve effectiveness by building their capacity and lobbying extensively with key stakeholders in the UK, across Europe and beyond.
