Join our Book Club on the 23/7/21 9.30am till 11.00 am to delve into this international best selling book by Neil Rackham where he sets out his concept of SPIN selling. The event is freee and you do not need to have read the book as I have pulled together a 12 minute summary of the key themes which we will watch togeher and then discuss in small grroups via zoom. We are 300 strong international members and I hope you can join us for this event.

Neil Rackham and his team studied more than 35,000 sales calls made by 10,000 sales people in 23 countries over 12 years. Their findings revealed that many of the methods developed for selling low-value goods just don‘t work for major sales. Rackham went on to introduce his SPIN-Selling method. SPIN describes the whole selling process:
