Building Your Capacity for Senior Leadership Roles
How does a young leader develop the skills, expertise, insights and balanced judgement required by a leader in a senior role. Experience certainly plays a key role in building the required library of events, problems, challenges and people skills. But it is also critical to build the underpinning knowledge of leadership to supplement real life experience. The purpose of the club is absorb new models, different styles but most importantly to share experience and in some cases the scares incurred in the battles of leadership. The club has rules of absolute confidentiality which provides a safe platform for young leaders to share their experiences amongst peers and gain further input.
We will study some of the great leadership thinkers, challenge our “one size fits all” perspective and build upon your foundations of leadership.
